Return Policies
Vapor Professionals Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store with 3 business day of receiving your product to receive instructions on returning your purchase. Manly times if you are not satisfied with the cleaning results a little trouble shooting over the phone can resolve this.  The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A (15%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)  If machine and all parts are in as new condition then there will be no restock fee.
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $299.00.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Vapor Professionals Inc. is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $299.00, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
